Purpose of the service

Swing You Later provides public festival listings and organizer tools for keeping those listings accurate. Claiming a listing lets an organizer request access to propose updates for review.

Organizer responsibility

By submitting a claim or edits, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to represent the event, and that you have the right to share any links, images, names, descriptions, or practical details you submit.

Review before publication

Claim requests and listing edits are reviewed before they affect public content. Swing You Later may approve, reject, adjust, or remove information to keep the calendar useful, safe, and relevant for dancers.

Public listing content

Approved event information may appear publicly on Swing You Later pages, calendar views, search previews, and shared metadata. Do not submit private participant data or information that should not be published.

Reviews and uploaded photos

When you upload a review photo, you confirm that you took it or have permission to share it, that the people shown can reasonably appear in this context, and that the image is not illegal, explicit, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invasive. Swing You Later may review, hide, reject, or permanently remove photos at its discretion, and public users can report photos they believe should not stay online.

No ticketing guarantee

Unless a festival explicitly uses Swing You Later registration, external registration links and event details remain controlled by the organizer. Dancers should check official organizer channels before making travel or purchase decisions.

Contact and data

Claim contact details are used to review organizer access, communicate about listing updates, and protect the quality of the calendar. Privacy rights are explained in the privacy policy.
